None of you confirmed that he contacted the service via their support in wabpage. Use this link to send message about your issue to support.There is another contact info beside their site which is the main thread of satoshiBox.com or directly contact the manager user crackisback [last active March 19, 2018]
You may also start a thread about the issue [if no support help] providing all the proofs in the Scam Accusations board.
note: if the issues find solutions, please post it here or in their thread to let everybody informed.
