I think this question should interest all people investing in ICOs, however, nobody answers it.
So I will rephrase it once more, and I hope someone knows and helps me.

I want to invest in an ICO, and the web page says that they have collected 10 million.
I know the smart contracts address and if I enter it in etherscan or etherplorer I have some output that I don't understand.
Can someone help me, please HuhHuh?

I hope someone would read this post.
There are many ICO investors in this forum, and hopefully, someone can answer this question.
If you want to invest in an ICO and their webpage says that they have collected 1000 ETH (it is an example) how do you know that they are telling the truth? Can you check it using Etherscan or Ethplorer and how?
When I enter the smart contract's address I don't understand the output.

Let's assume, there is a Pre-ICO or an ICO running.
Is there any way to know how many tokens have been sold till this time if I know the contract's address?
I'm trying to understand the data, etherscan or etherplorer show when entering the contract's address.
