Virwox.com allows users to buy BTC with Paysafecard, but the fees are ridiculous and in some countries you need a verified MyPaysafecard account to use Virwox.Thank you
And Virwox locks account very fast if you buy BTC too often or using IPs of different countries.
I would not recommend this payment method for buying Bitcoins, there are much better ones.
