You could buy one of those $200 AWS codes for not more than $10 over here on bitcointalk. It usually lasts until the end of the year. I'm running a Linux VPS here in Sydney using AWS and it's all fine and dandy!

I could maybe link you to someone, could you be a bit more specific about the specs that you need? He's not really hightrusted but he has cheap AWS vpses, not sure if that is what you are looking for?I need a fairly low spec vps with 1 or 2 cores and anywhere between 0.5-4 gb of RAM and very little storage, 10-20 Gb would be enough. I do need a decent amount of bandwidth though. If you PM me the link i will consider.
You should definitely check Windows VPS at Vultr.com , they are a very known service + they accept bitcoin as a payment method. If you are buying for long term then buying from individuals on the forums is not really suggested as things could go wrong with time.

I may have an upcoming project that requires a windows VPS. I remember there used to be a lot of VPS providers here but there does not seem to be that many anymore. I am looking for decent prices from someone that is well trusted, don't particularly need too high specs. If any providers want to coma forward or people with recommendations that would be appreciated.
