things seems to calm down a bit. It seems deposits where frozen as well. Mine was since July 2th. My MtGOX account has been credited overnight.

Look at the BTC price drop. MtGox volume bursting...

I just tried to go to MtGox and got this odd webpage. You don't think anything is wrong do you? http://tinyurl.com/MtGoxLooksOdd

I'm still waiting for a may 10, 2013 SEPA transfer.

They first lied about the date 3 times and now don't respond to support questions anymore.
Can't get my money back into my MtGox account too, would love to buy back BTC and get out, forever.

I have lots of patience but now it's over.
I hope MtGox dies, we don't need it, another exchange will take over the market.

Update:

Got in chat support at MtGox today, asked where my money is (waiting for SEPA transfer for over 2 months)... "Linda Support has left the room"...

I consider my money to be lost... Don't think I'll ever see it...

How did you get them cancelled?  I can't get any response other than the standard "we are working on it" template.

Just filed a support ticket with question about state of withdrawal first (had been waiting for over 2 months and my patience was running out).  Then I replied to the email I got, with the question to cancel them.  It was for euros though, not sure if it will work the same way for USD.

I would love to transfer to BTC and remove that from MTGOX.  Unfortunately since they removed my money when I requested a withdrawal, I no longer have it available to buy BTC.  I'm screwed until they do the wire transfer or return my money.  I can't get them to do either because every support request is met with the same damn template response no matter what you ask or say in the request.

I know some people have been successfull in getting there confirmed wires cancelled.

Yeah, I got mine cancelled within the day.

Received money from MtGox lately? Is this a joke or are you serious? You left $10k sitting at Gox. Money must mean nothing to you. You're either the craziest person I've ever heard of or the richest.
+1

I wanted to withdraw from Mt. Gox a relatively small amount of money, I noticed they claimed "lol-three weeks for SEPA transfers", I converted all to BTC and withdrew the BTC...

That doesn't explain the Mtgox/other-exchange parity. Mtgox is at most x% higher than other exchanges like btc-e.

Is it really just the two of us that are being scammed by MtGox? I believed I would have a lot of responses here. People are deadly interested in Bitcoin here, but don't seem to care much about the coins are becoming useless with MtGox latest measures.

There are already about 20 threads running on the issue.  It's pretty much common knowledge at this point.

Good luck with the new exchange !

Thank you! It's not exactly new though, it's been operating since 2010 with the notable exception of the couple last months :-)

What exchange are you talking about?

Hmm, French. Trading not operative. Is davout behind the site?

Interesting, if they switch to a corporate account then many laws protecting "consumer" accounts don't apply. Also with a corporate account with most banks they can do alot more with the funds, for good and bad.

They don't "switch" to corporate accounts. They never really had proper segregated accounts in the first place.
There is exactly one bitcoin exchange that has segregated user accounts (to be perfectly fair it does not appear to be necessary in the US where an MSB license, or a partnership with a registered MSB is sufficient).

If they dont have the money, it can only mean that they have been spending client's funds. That is illegal, also in Japan I suppose. Have you considered any legal steps?

Holding client funds on corporate bank accounts is already and in itself illegal.
But it's not like this hasn't been repeated over and over before.
