Another thing you can do to buy(not instant) is create a neteller or a similar account. Thendeposit using your bank account and trade it for bitcoins. I think some people will give you bitstamp rates on that.

You yourself admitted that we buy from international exchanges and sell them locally, so now asking for stamp prices is a bit.. contradictory.

Remember we dont have a big mining culture here.

I would like to keep a list handy of who all the sellers are. I assume there would be some with US accounts who can make a profit by buying outside and selling here with a commission.
