They are scam!  I used it to convert and my btc went through according to blockchain with enough confirmations within the time.  However, I never received in my Paypal account.  I wrote to them with screenshot and clearly refund instructions and got no reply for a month now.

Hope no more victim to this bad website!

Hi. I sent an email to the btctopp.com support email address and I got a response that their service will be back soon and feel free to start using.
My question is open ended here since I'm new to the btctopp.com
Site. Do you know if can I put bitcoin address on the "@ Email address" field?
I just earned some 89 range on freebitco.in so far, but it's like stated about 2.00 usd in Xapo wallet. So I earned nothing?

My personal question is what websites did that are legit making real bitcoins and high paying of? I clicked on the link and I saw fortunejack.com. are there threads that I can follow up on this question?

they don't seem to update their exchange rates.  Right now BTC sells for over $250 and it is using $230.

I am pretty sure its not legit. I paid $200 and never received it in my paypal... i work online and receive payments through bitcoin and then transfer them to paypal.

Edit : ok turns out they are good. I finally received my money. Looks like it took so long because i did not include the exact amount in the payment. I removed a few cents or whatever when i was getting errors. Being a new user to bitcoin i really wish there were some clearly outlined information on how to conduct business

I just wanted to chime in on this service.  I have used it a number of times to convert from BTC to USD, and I have to say that I have yet to have any issue with them.  They are legit, and I was surprised that their customer service was as good as it was.  When I first used the service I was confused by the process of the conversion.  Basically, the transaction had gone through, but I hadn't received my cash in PayPal.  I shot off a message to btctopp.com via Facebook and he got back to me within 20 minutes with a reply.  He explained that the funds are not released to PayPal until there has been 8 confirmations through the blockchain.  Once this is completed, the funds are released to PayPal.

I was also told that the current transaction limits that are in effect will be changed soon, and the service will allow for larger conversions in the future.

So overall, the service is legit, works, and you should see your PayPal credited within 45 minutes.  (Usually takes about 20-30 minutes for all the confirmations to go through).  Plus, they are not US based, so therefore the chances of them closing up shop and disappearing due to regulation pressure is minimized.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.  Even my mom!

I hope they keep it up.. it's such a needed service for those in the USA regardless of the fee.

Cheers
John

I've actually used http://btctopp.com/ 2 or 3 times to exchange my Bitcoins to Paypal. They ARE legit, and I've always received the money right after I paid for the order.

You should try it, you won't be disappointed Cheesy
