There are no official tutorial how to make your own bitcoin app wallet i actually looking a tutorial or what script are needed when making android wallet..
Like the above said better to be familiarize the scripts first and try to use some api calls from here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_calls_list
Start to make a wallet that you can develop with your own.
Maybe this one can help you to setup tools in windows pc.. check this pdf file.

Have you any prior experience with Android App Design/Development?
If not, then you should probably start small and get familiar with the Android environment and development tools first: https://developer.android.com/training/index.html
Once you have an understanding of Android Apps in general, along with coding standards for format, layout, structure, resources and libraries, you will find that the code on github starts to make a lot more sense.

I am new on forum. i am using bitcoin as alternative money from past two years. i found it very relaxing.
I want to learn bitcoin wallets coding and without blue prints, without architecture design, or software design. it's hard for me understand. i found many code files on github but all are confusing. i want to understand formulas and how these wallets apps works. i will highly appreciate help and guidelines.
My Goal is learn, develop bitcoin wallets with new features from scratch by myself. i felt bitcoin wallets can be improved much better way.
