I have no idea how I managed to negotiate that price, I pay half as much for twice as much power than I would at a competitor down the street. Hum...tempting....considering electricty alone would be $605 here for that much. How do you remote into your S1s? VPN to a computer then connect?

Why don't you guys just rent another room in a larger flat, or an small flat? I've got 6KW of passive cooling in my flat - which I live in - for no additional rent?
I'm building a server room in my basement and doing some electrical\ventilation upgrades and see where that gets me for now. I have a couple of friends at work that are interested in finding a place once they get their gear. I'm totally down for it, would be like a miner frat house :p

Im building a "shed" onto the back of the house and running 50a 220v to it instead. I will be putting a split air conditioner in it to keep it cool. Well thats plan at least.

Wow! Great price... I am getting 1100-1800 for 4200w of power and a full rack. Too expensive.

Colo's are prohibitively expensive in Winnipeg! I'm looking at $1000 a month before power! Guess I will have to stick to Hot Yoga at home ...
