My cabinet is split between GPUs and Ants, so I'll tell you how much I pay with how much power I use. I pay under 800 for 8,320 Watts of usable power, 32 IPs and a full cab.  If you want some more info PM me.
That's like paying 0.13USD/kW, and then getting free rent, AC, security, insurance, and internet. Not bad.

Thanks!! I have no idea how I managed to negotiate that price, I pay half as much for twice as much power than I would at a competitor down the street. But I have been told that anyone that I refer to their company will receive the same discounts. So if anyone wants more information PM me.

Available locations are as follows:
  • San Francisco, CA
  • Irvine, CA
  • Dallas, TX
  • Denver, CO
  • Louisville, KY
  • Newark, DE

Hum...tempting....considering electricty alone would be $605 here for that much. How do you remote into your S1s? VPN to a computer then connect?

VPN works perfectly.

Why don't you guys just rent another room in a larger flat, or an small flat? I've got 6KW of passive cooling in my flat - which I live in - for no additional rent?

I'm building a server room in my basement and doing some electrical\ventilation upgrades and see where that gets me for now. I have a couple of friends at work that are interested in finding a place once they get their gear. I'm totally down for it, would be like a miner frat house :p

Im building a "shed" onto the back of the house and running 50a 220v to it instead. I will be putting a split air conditioner in it to keep it cool. Well thats plan at least.

Is anyone here colocating antminers at a facility? What is your experience? How do you remote access an antminer in a colocation facility? These things suck up a lot of power making it difficult to have enough at home so I am looking at collocation.

I am, it's wonderful having a quiet house. Where are you located?

Austin. Do you mind me asking how much you pay and for how many? Most colocations base prices on high bandwidth and these guys need very little in that regard.

Wow! Great price... I am getting 1100-1800 for 4200w of power and a full rack. Too expensive.

Colo's are prohibitively expensive in Winnipeg! I'm looking at $1000 a month before power! Guess I will have to stick to Hot Yoga at home ...
