Hi Guys,

I started the course a while back (6 months ago) and went though the entire course but got stuck on the assignments. From what I've gathered the assignments are programmed in Java but the instructions are directed at advanced programmers (Java) and it's not clearly stated in the course.
The information in the course is great but unfortunately, the assignments are aimed at advanced programmers and I'm just a newbie to Java.
I will keep trying and I'm happy to network with others who wish to setup a study group.

Regards,

Kevin

I've heard from many sources that Coursera is really just a big waste of money
As far as I know, you don't have to pay unless you want a course certificate, so you can study for free.

I've heard from many sources that Coursera is really just a big waste of money, and some of the reviews I was reading for the company was pretty horrible. I guess people only make bad reviews cause thats when they care but, eh these could be legit.

Nice find. I'll definitely check it out & sign up if I'm not too late.

Khan Academy also has a good entry level introductory course on bitcoin.

It is very interesting and beautiful how bitcoin functions and achieves certain types of functionality using cryptographic functions.

I watched the whole lecture series, I tried the course on coursera but the assignments were too difficult.
Physics is so much easier than programming, for me at least.

Interesting, i will have a look at this course, do anyone have more courses about bitcoin and altcoin technologies ?
It would be interesting to have a tutorial repo who will cover most of what someone must know about them, and how to use them, i don't intend to show how to create cryptos, but only to provide tutorials for newbies and some guidance.
