The problem is most likely coming from ShapeShift, this happens often with wallets with built-in exchange like Exodus too. Probably nothing to be worried about, provide them either with the TXID or orderID (whatever you have).
I used there shape shift and tryed to shift btc to doge.
Been over 24hr. They didn't sent no transactions id
I can't send any money out..I emailed support about the problem and all they said was
"Be more specific and are you on the latest update"
I broke it down in detail and told them I'm on there latest update..still no reply from them
I'm stuck with 0.03 btc and 26k doge in my wallet and can't do anything
