I think I'm in hurry to get fit now because everyone at work, at home, at park, and at church noticed that my manboobs get more huge. They always asking me if I took Diana or any other pills, I say NO. HAHAHAHA. What first came into my mind is that my mother used to take me a vitamin from China which was labelled without any side effects, I noticed that me and Mom get larger boobs, but not too extremely. I bet it would get flatter and bolder when I get back to gym again. Slay fellas Cheesy

Its one of those things which you don't realise how beneficial it is until you stop. It really helps with concentration, alertness and generally feeling positive.

I was a bit oversized until a year ago. Last summer I managed to lose 15kg going to the gym. Now I only go a few times a month and I am still fit.

I do it sometime , maybe 3 times a week to keep my body fit

I do it regularly too, but it makes me very tired after work.

Sometimes Im lazy to workout, but notice I have fats. So no choice to workour atleast twice a week.

I used to workout a lot in the gym and doing some jogging. But haven't done so in a while now.

After seeing this thread, I think I may try and pick it up where I left off. Will be healthier anyway.

Me I do Work out 3-5 a week but I stop my work-out if some parts of my body are weak internal or even external because Iam not in the mood. When my head hurts like hell I cant workout but its okay because a person that work's out to loose weight should know the limits their own body.
I do basketball after class also arnis and badminton for fun when its free time no school no work no homework,  Iam not good at it but its fun and healthy. I also do boxing at afternoon and running at 6am (M,W, F) and 6pm (T, Th, S). Thats my own workout rutine in reality of the things I told you is that at times of my scheduled workout some of it is just a schedule if Iam not to busy and if Iam not out of my house and at school. I do all my workout rutine if Iam home so that is why I told you that 3-5 times, thats my minimum number of workout is 3 days.
My given suggestions to you and others just make a schedule and if you missed  your scheduled workout out burn it double for the next day. All your pain and suffer from working out will be a success in the end if your having a goal to achieve something.

Yes I do some workout often aside from dreaming to have a good shaped and fit body, it is also good for the health which also is my stress relief. I could also sense that I am feeling younger than before. Along side this health benefits you can achieve also your good shaped body which you are not shy to show you body and something that you can be proud of with your hard work.

Well, i do boxing 2 - 3 times a week. it really helps me to lose weight faster than when im just doing sit ups , push ups, and planking since it requires a high level of athletic prowess and usually involves your whole body. Not only that but it gives you health benefits. It improves your cardiovascular health and decreases your stress levels. That's why i prefer boxing than a regular workout. Plus it's really fun , especially when you have somebody to box with.

Don't know how I stumbled in here. I do 3-4 times a week. Cardio and dumbbell work just about exclusively. I would lift more but I cannot properly motivate long term because I look built naturally and because of such getting toned would take serious commitment.

Love lifting steel and boxing but family commitments have me limited to 2~4 sessions a week, normally 6am~7am. Been on the weights on and off for over 20 years now...

At rest, I have 16 inch guns, currently I get enough pump that they vein up despite not being a gym junky whom tries to cut fat. 6ft (182cm) tall, 215lb (98kg) with full sets of squat [chair rack] of 440lb (200kg), arm curls of 50lb (22.5kg) and lat pull downs (my favourite) of 175lb (80kg).

Anyone else wanna share fav stats?

I do workout one hour for one day. Workout isn't just for losing weight but workout can make your body stronger. Although it hurts sometime but believe me you'll love the results. Never give up.

I was feeling the same emotion but I'll quit, I guess. It's hard to do it properly in a weekly schedule.

Workout not just strengthens your body but it gives lots of positivity for mind. Everyday 1 hour in the morning is in my daily schedule now and if I miss one day then I'll feel something is odd for the whole day.

When I was in college I pretty much lived in the gym, but got burnt out after graduation and didn't visit the gym for 19 years.  I've been working out  for the last two weeks and am enjoying it again.  I've lost some weight and have more energy.  My cholesterol level is probably better to.  Don't deprive yourself of food people.  Eat what you want and just go do some cardiovascular work.

I used to exercise and workout about 3 times per week. Mainly jogging and a few bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups and dips.

But rarely exercise nowadays. Should genuinely consider picking it up again for health purposes.

Yeah 5-6 times a week.

As a professional sports bettor this is very important for me to let off steam,
and in the long-term it also makes you feel very energetic.
Nowadays if I don't work out for a few days I have very low energy!

But don't forget to take a 1 week break from the gym like every 8 weeks, or do a deload week (half your normal lifting program and maybe lower weight), your body needs rest also

I don't exactly work out but I try to get to the gym as much as possible to work the bag for a hour or so, the weights don't really appeal to me but 6 mile on the excersise bike then on to the bag defiantly takes the AGGRESION out of me, my pal however love to pump the iron.

We go to the same gym as Terry Holland (3 times world strongest man uk) he's one huge mother f*****r, was lucky enough to see the qulifiers a little while back, great day out , but dam did I felt like peewee Herman  among the HENCH string men...

Yes, it's very important to work out and stay fit. Anyway, in my opinion it's also a good practice to not overtrain, because everyone has his own physical structure and what works for one could not work for another guy. It's important to get a personal schedule and follow it with discipline and perseverance.
