Try to contact the support on there social media accounts or you can try to open again on other browsers or in incognito mode. Just a suggestion try to use their mobile app which only requires a confirmation email once, in which it only requires a pin whenever you try to open the blockchain app.

You're not the only one, there's a couple of users experiencing the same issue with blockchain's email code. I've been able to receive the code from blockchain without a problem now. Try using a different email account like yahoo or protonmail maybe there's something wrong with gmail.

is there anyone else on this forum having the same, unable to receive my wallet confirmation code when logging-in to blockchain.info account? The problem started yesterday.

Try this morning but, the problem continue. Changed  associated email address to a different gmail account perhap's this could help but, without any success.


However, i have submitted support ticket online with request to disactivate the 5-digit confirmation code
