Can't believe how much bad, ill-informed advice is being given out in this thread.

It looks just like another Multi signature wallet. It's a good thing that this can be installed in Windows, Mac and Linux.

However I would stick with the well known wallets out there. Namely being Bitcoin core, Electrum. I am not sticking anymore with Multibit as the HD version of the wallet is having some issues which developers have not fixed yet.

The best is bitcoin core if you have at least 200 GB free of harddisk space (whole blockchain is 83GB but it will keep growing in the future). If not stick with Electrum.

The thing i liked about this wallet is the fact i can connect it to my own Node at home or any other trusted peer. and it is listed along with greenbits on Bitcoin.org as a good wallet.  the only problem noted is the fact it could be loaded on to a computer which might be compromised.

pro: the sourcecode is available, and you review it, and compile the wallet on linux... Make sure there are not backdoors or something
con: the last edit seems to be 10 months ago... Don't know if this is still in active development???

I never heard that wallet, I would recommend the wallet that has been trusted by the people. But, if you want to use is okay. I think all of wallet has same function. Wink

But is there any feature of mSigna that is unique to it? Why I should chose this wallet over more popular and wide known wallets?
I am currently running Bitcoin Core - is there a feature which Core is missing which will justify switching wallets to mSigna?

After researching the wallet just got this.

Advantages
HD (highly deterministic) wallet
Coin Control
Easy to configure multiple outputs

Disadvantages
No having the ability to sign messages
Nonintuitive interface
Key features are missing
