I couldn't find anything about the service you mentioned (Bitmyass.com) except this post : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.16954678 (and It was post on a thread that was inactive for long time) and the poster is also inactive (since he made that post) so you should be caution. If you are looking for a good VPN then IPVanish or NordVPN could do the job and you could pay with BTC.
