Just try it the moment I read your post.
After I logged on, an email about "Authorize log-in attempt" was succesfully received in my email within less than a minute.
In this case, you can sort out now those reasons you have been think. Just want to share that last week, it tooks about 5 to 10 minutes before I received an authorization email.
Working now but I am facing problem at something else. Anyway was working with a crappy internet connection earlier, maybe that was the reason.
