Is anyone from IRAN here?

if yes, I was yes curious to know the situation of bitcoin there.

seeing all the sanctions, bitcoins seems a good way for Iranians.....could be a good business for the "think out of the box" person

I am not from there, but as far as I know, the situation in Persia is very different from us. Yes, they created gold backed up digital coins, but there are big restrictions on the internet and with these restrictions I can not say for sure until where you can go with crypto, and thus I think there is another reason under the crypto-attempted movement.

There is an Iranian digital currency exchange:
I checked this, its not exchange per se, its crypto switch from one to another with fees.
Exchange for me is place when you can place buy and sell orders and market (people) sets the price.

On topic, it would be interesting to know, but its hard to get country-wide opinion from even couple people.

Also, BitcoinNordic.com now accepts CashU cards, which is used in much of the Middle East.  It looks like years ago they had locations where the cards could be purchased in Iran, but not anymore.

I don't know the situation of bitcoins there, I read something about Tor network there, but even if they can use bitcoins with tor and skip censure, the need a real exchange place and I supose this is very difficult.
