Any known incidents, where someone got banned because of changed Mixer rules?

I assume that all mixer-run accounts are already put into PM-only-mode, so they are effectively banned from creating new posts and threads on the forum.  As for whether someone has already been banned for violating the new rules, I think it is too early for such a thing.

mixers ban will actually take effect in the coming days, and anyone who tries to bypass the ban and continue advertising a mixing service will be banned.

In order to continue advertising, it must be a paid advertisement. A mixing service will not risk making payments for an ads knowing that you can be banned at any time and any account will not risk being banned for $100 a week while can join another campaign or try joining mixing campaigns on other forums.

Any known incidents, where someone got banned because of changed Mixer rules?

It's almost a week now.
The main mixer rule is to never wear the signature, avatar and personal text of a mixing site. Before January 1st, all the mixers have even ended their campaign on this forum and some moved to Altcoinstalks. I am not talking about coinjoin but only those mixers which thrymos was referring to. Because everyone is obeying the rule, no one is punished for no offense.

I don't understand why mixers are singled out.   Anyone can put coins in an exchange and withdraw them randomly.   Unless the exchange is a honeypot, it can be used as a mixer.
Chipmixer was used to launder scammed money. Followed by Sinbad. The forum is talked about by one of the regulators or so about how they advertise mixers. If another mixer is used to launder scammer money, probably theymos and other officials might be in problem. It is better to avoid such than when it would be too late. Theymos do not want this forum to be the government's target has been the reason. Those exchanges follow anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing laws but mixers are not following it.

Any actions like ban related to new Mixer rules. Not sure because I did not hear about any known incident.

Members are fully aware of the rules and the warnings they have a full month to understand and adopt if someone gets banned then it's their fault the word filter is now in place so there's no one can promote mixers here maybe after a month or two, people will get used to not discuss mixers here in Bitcointalk, we don't know if in the future the admins will allow mixers to advertise here, only time can tell.

 Embarrassed
People can do this on all types of exchange, centralized, decentralized, KYC or non-KYC or even casino sites. It is less helpfulf for them if an exchange asks KYC and users already completed KYC there.

On casino sites, they can pull their KYC card and freeze account too.

I see only non-KYC exchanges can be used with less risk of losing account and bitcoin.

Some threads archived, links censored. This has been happening since the rule was implemented.

Theymos censors high level privacy services that no one can track them except the coin owner and VGod. Cool
Exchanges only offer a lousy level of privacy.

There is no "banned" badge with a specific reason in bpip, so it can't be confirmed (we're only a week in, though). Moreover, someone who is banned cannot write anything afterwards.
