I've got my replacement Ledger Nano before the warranty expires and the support typically responds to you 3 days after you have issued a ticket support thru their website/email.

On their website, you enter your issue and answer few questions.  Then that is all.  Where does it ask for your name or email to get a ticket number?



How long does it take them to answer an email?  Seems like it might take weeks or months?  Anyone have them reply back within few days?



Now to those who got a replacement for their device or even got a reply back from them such as we can't do it because your warranty expired, how long did they take to respond back to you?  Got to assume whole process took weeks whether you got a replacement or not?
