PACER accounts are free until you spend at least $15/quarter. It does require a credit card to register.

Register for PACER.

Try Justia first. That's free and covers most recorded US court decisions and opinions.  PACER, which is the US federal courts' internal tracking system, has all that plus all the procedural stuff as a case goes through the system.

There is a court website called Pacer.  Shoot me a PM for what you are looking to find out.  I have access to that website.
