i'm pretty sure the client has been downloaded over 300,000 times or so, maybe more by now. I think you can track it from the download sites.
well there were 61020 accounts that were hacked. A bunch are dupes but still i would say in the 40000 range. I was wondering if there are any hard data.
Wild-ass guess of 25,000 based on the number of Mt Gox accounts and the number of registered users here.
Not just miners and economists but people that have heard about bitcoin and started using them?
