Yep, it's safe, since it's Google's free service.  And some computer magazines claim it's actually faster looking via their DNS.  But you may want to return to your local providers DNS after Cryptsy's problems are resolved.

They fixed everything up from the first attack.  Then looks like their DNS was DDOS'ed.  You can get to the site if you use Google's DNS entries atm.  8.8.8.8  and secondary 8.8.4.4.  (This wasn't found by me, but I confirmed it works)

Hey buddy.

Any updates/ideas on what's causing the issue?

Thanks!

Thanks so much for the promt reply! Oddly enough, it asked me to type my credentials in when attempting to log in (I always have info saved), I had to request a password change since I couldn't remember what it was. Password change went perfectly, and login was fine, yet everything was reset, as well as no transaction history at all.

Everything was closed, and computer was restarted and such.  I just tried in a different browser and still the same issue Sad

I'm confident it's just an error (absolutely not screaming scammer, as you've been amazing as far as pools and exchanges go), just not sure what else it could be. I've since transferred 50 DGC in the account to see if there's an issue, and that never showed up as well as my previous balance on the account.

I've already sent an email to support, i'll go ahead and forward that to you.

Thanks so much for the reply buddy!

EDIT: I just tried logging in from my iPhone and same issue persists. I assume it's not a browser issue?

Logged in as usual today and every coin balance is at 0. Didn't have a whole lot on there, maybe 0.4 btc and 250ish DGC. Never the less, that sucks. Curious if it's just me or if others are having that issue?

Sent support an email about 45 mins ago, no reply yet, but hopefully I'll get word soon!

I would clear your browser make sure you shut it down completely and try again if the problem persists email [email protected] again CC me at [email protected] and we will get to the bottom of it. Sounds like a browser glitch though. Tried a different browser?
