Its normal just like stocks and precious metals.
Who drives the market news or real deliverables.

I guess when it become available on the exchanges, once the ICO is over.

Its raised $200 million on its ICO, only wealthy people can participate though.

Would it ever be offered to those of more "moderate" income in the foreseeable future?

What is all the hype with file coin? The overall idea surrounding it seems promising, but, would i even be able to buy it as an ICO? I wanted to ask those also maybe researching it, and alternatives to file coin.
