Scam linked to the ip 88.198.39.36 some public examples (https://www.hyip.biz/ip/88.198.39.36/) launching 2-3 sites/week similar, using on tens of sites same addresses and working with teams on telegram/instagram/twitter.

Whoever is scammed by this service I can give more information about who is the scammer.

Any mod edit this post and mark the OP post as scam? as now it looks a lot like advertising with a lot of talking about it, nobody reads the useless posts under which are made for signature campaigns

OP should have checked the information on their homepage, they claimed to be founded in 2014 with over 200k users but checking on Whois shows they only registered last year, there's deceit on the way they present their project, you can report it on their service provider, and ask them to be taken down with all your proof.

The Scammers are not in Germany, they are in Finland. They should be easy to find because they make Instastories every day. I don't understand why they are still alive  Grin

If you are sure that they are in Finland then go to the police and report everything - a lawyer can help you later in case you need to file a lawsuit, but first you need to find the people who scam you. The reason why they still exist is probably that no one has done anything to stop them from doing what they are doing - and if they are really in the EU then it can make the investigation easier.

I would show someone my transactions if there is a chance to get something back.

The longer you wait, the less likely you are to trace these coins, because they have probably been mixed up so far and it may be impossible to trace them. Of course, posting your transactions in public can have consequences for your privacy - because you have already discovered your country and the city in which you live.

I just wanted to know, if somebody knows a good expert or lawyer to help me. Maybe even in Hamburg where I live...

@Tigge1982, you waste time contacting these people, or maybe it's just one person (less important) - they just want more money from you and won't give up as long as you show any intention of staying in touch with them.

If it is a larger amount that you sent them, you can always report the whole thing to the police, and if you find out where the coins ended up in the case of USDT, the funds can be frozen no matter where they are. What I want to warn you about is that you don't pay anyone in advance for any investigation services, because you could lose even more money.

Maybe someone from the forum could investigate where the coins are, but that would require you to make your transaction public.

How sure are you that the scammers are in Germany?

I think the OP is from Germany and that's why he asked that question, because it makes sense to try some locals first because of the easier communication, time difference, and meeting in person. Crypto is fairly well regulated in that country, and in case the scammers are somewhere in the EU and not very big professionals, it would be possible to find them.

the other is bitdeer , owned by bitmain.
How many Cloudmining platforms did Bitmain own?
I only knew about hashnest - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bitmain-announces-cloud-hash-platform-hashnestcom-765128

1 currently, Bitdeer.
Hashnest was sold/separated/got under different management a few years before collpase, most likely because of the internal war which Bitmian faced a few years ago, one more year of disastrous revenues for mining ending up in November 2020 and then the Chinese ban that hit the core of their mining operation it Ordos really put the last nail in the coffin

Bitdeer is the product of another team from Bitmain, not that is 100% guaranteed, not that you will make any profits,  most are now losing money by the day, but in the sea of scams is one that currently delivers what your contracts say, for how long, god knows.

Oh and technically it's not owned by Bitmain when it comes to legal things but, Jihan Wu is the CEO so..

I sent the investment via USDT to a certain wallet.
Can anybody in Germany help me getting some of my money back?
What do such services cost?

Before paying for any service as most likely you're going to fall into another scam as everyone mentioned, go file a report with your police, if you can directly with the whatever equivalent the cybercrime branch is called in your country.

The thing is that even if they are caught and you open a case against them if the police can't recover any money since they might have spent it already no lawyer will be able to get those back, so go the normal way and complain to the police wait for them to find them if they can, otherwise you're just going to spend more money.

Yeah....I'm pretty sure Saylor wouldn't be shilling for scammy cloud mining services, no matter how much he likes to talk up bitcoin.  And if he were doing that, I'm not sure how much the SEC would like it.  So that right there should tell you what a scam site this is, OP.

I'm not even sure there are any legitimate cloud mining services in 2022 if there ever were any to begin with.  Seems like every single thread about them I've seen since 2015 has been a scam accusation of some sort.  I wouldn't even think about giving any of them money, even if they showed proof that they were engaged in actual mining.

At some point, I even saw some complaints about that platform

First it was the investment amount. Then they persuaded me to invest more. After that, they wanted several fees.
You are in a certain psychologic condition and you don't want to accept to be betrayed.
Textbook scam move. I hope you learned a lot from that.

Just a word of advice. Beware of cryptoscam recovery services. They are also scam especially when they ask you to pay upfront before they even recover any lost funds. They usually play with the scam victim's emotions.

Yes, I would say it is a scam.

And yes I am stupid and annoyed.

I am still in contact with them via Instagram and they still want more and more money from me. They don't know that I have realized them as scammers.
Maybe I can ask them about evidence material somehow???

Anyone know if this is legit or a straight up scam

https://rockethash.org/

Make this comments as your guide and always tell it to yourself that this is scam since cloud mining schemes has scam so many investors before so don't let yourself be included for another series of investors who cry for their money. So luckily you ask before you invest since your money has been save for bad things that might happen.

thank you for the reassurance, my gut told me not to trust it

Next time rather than going with your gut, remember this, there are currently only two somewhat legitimate cloud mining websites that might get you some profit if all the planets or at least 6-7 of them align, I'm not going to recommend any of them, first is genesis and they are anyhow not accepting new orders and the other is bitdeer , owned by bitmain. How profitable it is, you can do the math yourself, ignore the fancy numbers they claim, you're wasting thousands for pennies. The fact that the only one that was a bit legit ended it's program (viabtc), is a clear sign cloud mining is nearly dead.

Hashrate Fee  $0.0602/T/D
Electricity Fee $0.0531/T/D
Static Output  $0.1291/T/D

1.5 cents profit per TH a day, and you pay 10$ for 180 days.

Anything to do with cloud mining is either scam or will fail at one point. Most of the cloud mining sites are actually Ponzi schemes hiding in a sheep skin. They are not worth your time and funds.

Try to explore other legitimate ways of generating money and avoid the scams all together.

because if mining is not profitable, you still have your equipment.
You are right about all what you said, you still have your equipment and you can decide to sell it if you do not want to mine again. But before a miner should start mining, he should consider certain things before starting, like the weather, if cold, suitable for mining. Also the electricity cost should be considered. There are various sites that provide mining net profit calculator that can make the calculation easier.

Cloud mining means you will give someone your money to mine for you, the person can take away your money, it can be a ponzi scheme.

It is better you stay away from cloud miners, most cloud miners are scammers and you may lost at anytime.

If you want to mine, it is better you do it yourself and join a mining pool.

that would be better approach if you want to go into mining. not only this cloud mining site rockethash but all the other cloud mining sites. some are veterans already but if you are into cloud mining, you won't have any assurance that you can ever get your initial investments. it is better to buy your mining equipment if you can afford. because if mining is not profitable, you still have your equipment. or if you don't have much spare funds, why not just hold some valuable coins?
i don't think many people from the forum will suggest to go to cloud mining. many have got burned in this endeavour.

You are welcome, feel free to always come here to ask questions before making any move, there are many scam sites existing.

I thought it was really weird how I was not able to find any reviews about this "legitimate" company other than the obviously fake ones on their website, which conveniently does not give you an option to post your own review lol
Reviews can help but not 100% accurate, there are fake sites and even fake mining sites that can have excellent sugar-coated fake reviews. Better to just ask questions directly on the forum like this.

It's a scam, it's full of lies, full of fake claims, but I must admit it's the first cloud hosting I've seen that uses onlyfans pictures for its team.

Yeah right!

They are so stupid they've even forgotten to change the banners and the links on their social media, some still quote cryptomax, another scam.
