What is the difference from this to past similar models like country coins with big giveaways that have all been failures? what stops people from massive dumping them? and how many coins can you get as of now? if I can get some BTC peanuts im interested.

I actually found the info on odesk. I still work as freelancer but suddenly found someone posted on odesk where they ask for anyone to signup and when i did i saw its one of the coins.

Stellar is supposed to be ripple 2.0 with a free distribution. It's not something you can mine.
You get some for signing up and also from air drops based on how much BTC you have in a wallet.
