was attempting the upgrade and for some reason it didnt take.
it was ticking when i went to test the first resistor, so i have removed the oscillator and the resistor and now the board will not power on or flash the power on LED light when powering on. it gets power at all the chips and resistors that i tested so i dont know.
im hoping to find someone in / around dallas i can bring this to that is able to repair it for some btc.
