For everyone's information, you'll earn an average of about 4.44 BTC if you buy this and the difficulty stays the same.
Given the projected difficulty increase, I personally wouldn't buy this, but I can see why someone would.

You hit it on the head.....whoever purchases this contract will be speculating on luck and difficulty.

Would be better if you allowed your farm to mine at a pool of the purchaser's choosing.

I've sent you a PM asking about this, and you've never responded.

Sorry if we lost your PM in the suffle.  We recieved a ton of PMs ever since we started offering contracts.....I try to respond to them all.

We are not willing to point the miners at a different pool as it would be very time consuming.  We maintain 3 locations with nearly 30 miners.....changing all the settings would be just too much trouble.

We appreciate the interest.

3 days until difficulty change to 1180174.13060 according to http://allchains.info/

on 1.000.000 difficulty 1GH/s gets you ~ 1BTC/day

that means 1/1.18*13*30=330BTC

if diff increases in 2 weeks then a little less.

You would have to be lucky to go from 330 to >360

Looking for someone who wants to rent out some serious hashing power.

30 day term, 13,000 MH/s garaunteed, peak speeds are higher.

The price is 360 BTC, which is just slightly below the expected pay-out at current difficulty.

As I see it, the buyer would be making a bet on luck and difficulty.  If they get lucky, and if difficulty drops during the contract, good money could be made.

Let me know!!
