Thanks for the information. That tells me if the bank already has decided that you have failed to qualify as an individual who can successful make payments over a period of time, there's my answer in funding you any or even partially.  Grin Roll Eyes

Thanks for the feedback. Andy yes, it would make sense to have a Norwegian lender in this case.

Believe me, I've tried getting a loan through the bank, but due to my income situation they have rejected it.

I think you will need to find someone nearby Norway or from Norway to make this trade as its quite obvious if you're not able to pay the loan then we can seize your real estate but by the lawas of your government only the one with proper documents and license can have rights to take the property .More over if you have real estate why not just take a loan from the bank and buy btcs with them ? Easy and effective.

I am fully aware of that. It's a little more complicated proposal I have in mind, and it needs to be discussed properly first. I will address the proposal directly only.

I want to borrow up to 500 BTC, putting my real estate as security for it. To have full security for the loan it needs to be filed in the national asset registry in Norway.I want to use a smart contract platform for the execution, but I am unsure on how to register the claim in the national registry.

I don't see why a loan in cryptocurrency should be any different then fiat if we provide loan documents.  Maybe it's not a problem at all?

The terms I offer is VERY GOOD. By request we can discuss it by phone, Skype or e-mail.
