Hello, as the title says, I'm looking for mass email sending services. Preferably cheap as my budget is tight. I have 9.7M email addresses that I'd like to send an email to.

9.7 million emails? I don't think any service wil support this much amount because I knew mailgun will mass mailing but only for certain limit like 10K .Thanks for the help already!

There are a lot of such services but I think that it's hard to find a free one. Especially for such a great amount of e-mails that you have to send. I know that some companies that deal with e-mail transferring like https://www.outlooktransfer.com/products/incredimail-to-outlook-transfer/ can offer some decisions in such a situation, so you can try to get in touch with them!
