He probably received email from "Bankrupt MtGox Co., Ltd. bankruptcy trustee, attorney-at-law, Nobuaki Kobayashi" regarding claims for funds
that are in his account @mt.gox.
Doubt you will see your money again, but it doesnt hurt to try.

I have withdraw from mtgox on FEB，2014,but only JPY withdraw refund to my account,the EUR SEPA withdraw didn't refund and I didn't recieve,what should I do?Can I found it back.
