Okay.  I did it.  I am currently doing it with an AMD A10 processor, a 7870, 7850 and a 6570.  I have loaded Catalyst 12.10 with SDK 2.8.  CGMiner 3.1.1 & 3.2.0 work.  Running on an ASRock Extreme 6 MB.  CPU has its onboard GPU over clocked to 1086.  Memory speed default.  I had to tune a few cards down to get it stable.  I am running just a 600 Watt PS on this miner.

GPU 0 = 6570 (getting better then when a solo GPU@850Mhz)
GPU 1 = 7870 (detuned from my normal 480ish...@1200Mhz)
GPU 2 = 7850 (detuned from its normal 360ish...1160Mhz)
GPU 3 = AMD A10 5800 APU overclocked (GPU only) to 1086Mhz)

I have and old nvidia 7300GT added to my main Ati HD7770.
So there is no reason for it not to work.
Running ati 5xx0/6xx0/7xx0 with legacy series might be problematic, but 6570 shold be no sweat.

Might be a problem with PCIE power 12V .
check temperature of your yellow cables in 24pin power plug.

How you could throw a low level AMD HD6xxx card (6570 to be exact) into the third, unused PCIx slot with dual 7870s?  Obviously not for gaming...  Having a hard time getting any of the cards to show vid..
