I've been on Twitter and have seen a lot of people (including myself) who never received their "exchange" payment from Changelly. I made a transaction on Jan 6 and have not yet received a dime of what I am owed. I sent them a tweet and they claim technical problems and told me that my payment would be processed within 48 hours of their resolution. I'm very skeptical at this point. I am going to tell them that I am going to notify the European authorities if they don't get this straightened out.
What cryptocurrency did you exchange? I see on Poloniex, that many cryptocurrencies are under maintance actually. The wallets need to be updated first, before withdrawals and deposits are enabled. Maybe its the same problem with your exchange on changellly.
