+1 to that. Why should they give you money if they are making money for themselves ? There is no logic behind this. I want to go against all odds and say that Genesis Mining surely built a big mining farm in Iceland but with the sole intention to make money for themselves and not caring for the users, except taking money from them.
The only ones you will see say they have made money from this site are people deeply involved directly in there, or people who want to desperately get some referrals through their promo codes.

im guessing its a 'preferred customer' sort of thing on the site where you get better deals (% off future purchases as long as you retain the rank) because you've already put so much into the site. probably gets unlocked with a higher amount spent either over a period of time or total $ spent. it always benefits the business though; whatever discount you get, the business gives it to you because they're still turning a profit one way or another.
