I lost 4 hours of mining because this problem
They have backend issues from time to time and they just pushed out a notice that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. I do not believe I have ever had shares lost when they have these issues so I would not worry too much, they will most likely be online shortly. I was able to get in slowly a few minutes ago and I see my hashrate and coins accumulating, so I would say not to worry!

I hope they fix this soon, I'll change the pool just for precaution, but I'm afraid to lose all the coins we had mined
