Kinda reputable in my opinion, but it's currently just really slow due to it having a good number of bugs, as not to mention that it's still in the early beta stage. The developers told the users to expect a new UI and new engine soon though. Fingers crossed.
I've used them. Pretty good exchange with volume growing daily.
Also if you hold COSS tokens you earn dividends on their sales. I've gained bits and pieces in a lot of different coins.
