Ebang Ebit Miners are designed with durability in mind, featuring sturdy metal enclosures that protect the internal components from potential damage. The compact design of Ebit Miners allows for easy deployment in various mining setups, ranging from home mining rigs to large-scale mining operations. I got my Ebang Ebit miners from https://topbitcoinasicminers.com/product-category/ebang-ebit-miner/. They haven't bothered me since I installed them

That's bad you bought it refurbished.

According to one of my very reliable sources in China, refurbished miners in China aren't exactly refurbished in a way that most of us think, they simply change everything thing except for the control board and hahsboards (the only things that actually matter), and then I imagine during the process some physical damage can easily happen, which makes buying a refurbished gear a little bit more risky than just buying a used one.

I have 4 of the 10.3 models they are just crappy machines. The boards are probably dead. I am somewhat knowledgeable and have never been able to fix them. I ran into pretty much the same issue you are describing.

That's bad you bought it refurbished which has a high risk that this miner could be easily broken.

The Ebang actually have poor support if you want some little help from us then better post the whole logs you talking about then post it here.

If you have a posting limit and can't able to post the whole logs you can use pastebin.com then paste the URL here.

About flashing or upgrading the miner I found a guide on how to upgrade it. Check this link below

You will unlikely receive any help regarding this miner here, I haven't seen anyone talk about it and probably nobody from the active members owns ebang miners, I found this group on telegram https://t.me/ebitminers which I don't know if it's an official group or not, but it seems rather active, try to reach out for help there, of course at your own risk, and be careful someone might send you an infected firmware or something.

But generally speaking, when the miner shows lost asics or a whole chain/hashboard is lost, it means a hardware failure, which is usually beyond fixing for the average joe, if you can return the miner -- it would be the best move in my honest oppinion.

There is a section of the forum dedicated to both Bitcoin mining Hardware and Mining support.. One of those sections is probably better for this and not general discussion.

I have just got a Refurbished Ebit E10D 25 Th/s, It had some issues with mining showing 0 Th/s on the log. I tried flashing a new firmware version 10.0.8.27 from 10.0.8.15. Now after flashing the new firmware only shows in bank 1, the rest of the fields are empty. I am also getting chip id failed with the  new firmware. I would like first to be assisted with the complete procedure to install a firmware on Ebang miners.
