My social anxiety kicked in.
I just hate talking with people in person and I hate the feeling of stress and pressure.
I know I have a problem and I don't have money to get professional help from a psychic doctor.
Anyone here, who faced this problem before?
Believe me when I say I know exactly how that feels. In the past, as an adolescent, I often had anxiety problems. I felt weak, pressured and confused and had difficulties making any decisions.
In some milder or shorter-term cases, you can treat an anxiety disorder on your own, at home, without clinical supervision. There are some exercises and actions that you can try, such as stress management, various relaxation techniques or physical exercise. But, most people with anxiety disorders need psychotherapy or medications (or a combination of the two) to get their anxiety under control. If your anxiety reactions are severe from the beginning, such as panic attacks, it is best to seek professional treatment.
Also, ask your doctor about local support groups for anxiety in your area. In my own experience, support groups can help a lot and can give you good advice on how to manage your anxiety. They are also a great way to meet other people with similar experiences as yours.
With that, I wish you a speedy recovery and the best of luck!
