There are tons of websites that allow you to do that, just do your own research on google and in this forum and of course that you will find your best option, i dont know why did you create this topic, you only needed 5 minutes to do a search on google, why are you so lazy man?
Wirex is a good option for you, it is a BTC card but you can deposit funds through ethereum, dash, monero, and tons of altcoins because they use Shapeshift to convert your coins to btc directly to their Visa Card.

How debit cards work? Actually I find these card projects very interesting because the price of coins are very unpredictability and changes too much, how can they turn it to usd Roll Eyes

Why can't ypu apply for Tenx or Monaco Debit card, there are a lot of projects in the space now that will allow you to spend your crypto tokens on their cards.
