Have you recently updated the unit to 22.04 firmware version? According to their official thread from the link below you might need to reflash the unit.
And I suggest to bring your issue directly to their thread they might be able to assist you.

Has anyone had this issue before? Can I order a new part to show the display? I'm new at fixing hardware. But willing to learn.
Not sure if my apollo btc minor has a warranty.
It is important for me to access the device because I have files I need off of it.
The Display stopped working after my Apollo 2 arrived. after booting up the Apollo to and began syncing the blockchain. I unplugged the hdmi, mouse, and keyboard, then plugged it into my Apollo BTC and it will not display. I have tried rebooting with everything unplugged and have been patient in troubleshooting over the last 2 days.
Any help would be great.
