Really?  You couldn't convince me me this isn't OP's alt account, registered 5 days before his and conveniently posting a few minutes after OP started this thread.  Usually newbies don't make their first posts in Meta, much less in a thread like this one.  I have no idea what OP was banned for, but it was probably well-deserved even though he'd probably have evaded a permaban in any case.  I just have a feeling about that.
Hmm, are you too sensitive? it's just a pretty ordinary post, right? I mean, it's empty, looks like something a newbie could do in a few posts. You're right because usually newbies won't participate in meta posts, but who knows, if there's someone like that, I still see him as a real newbie anyway. I'm not sure if it's an alternate account  Cheesy It would be bad if we were always looking for new people who write well to submit merit but don't believe they will show up here, Meta section  Cheesy

I share in that sentiment expressed here, 100%. I always regard any account less than a month posting in Meta as an alt (of someone whose account is banned or of those criminally farming accounts) once I see them. It's an instinct thing for me, owing to the way Meta section is structured and the topics raised therein. As a fresher I ain't sure I even knew a section like that existed. Well, may be it wasn't created when I joined this forum in 2017. And when I eventually knew about it later, I was very skeptical posting here so that I didn't incur the wrath of veteran members. You're absolutely correct.

I guess you were once a newbie?

So were you, but you're not anymore.

No newbie just starts posting in Meta, responding to themself using obvious sock puppets. You are here to hunt for merits to rank up your account and doing an extremely poor job of it.

This is worse than begging IMO.

Everyone was a newbie at some stage when they started using the Forum , but i guess you know that.

Why then making me feel like I am not needed here?
So tell us why you are then maybe needed here in your opinion , only posting in META with an possible Alt Account
is not needed and dosnt help in any form the Forum or Users , as your post history shows that.

You should reading more , also it looks like on a hard try to get some Merit for me.

Let him have it if it's deserved, though I have no clue what his original offense was.  If you could enlighten me, I'd appreciate it.

I think these 2 accounts were banned for spam. He writes and creates his posts only in META. And there were complaints about a lot of posts. Today's two accounts woke up at the same time, and both were banned for a week.
There is nothing useful in his topics, and in almost all topics there is communication with oneself.
He has a negative tag on 2 accounts and one neutral donated to nutildah.

I have no direct evidence, but only this character has a style of writing on the name of the forum.

Forum mission is to encourage everyone to be in the ecosystem.

Bitcointalk forum is an organized ecosystem
and

This challenges has now make registration of bitcointalk account difficult mostly for the newbies and thereby also causing limitations to the population of people wishing to be long to this lovely ecosystem.
I Suggests if account registration can be done without VPN or either if the related problem above can be Minimize.

And there is also plagiarism that has been forgiven by the moderators. Sometimes people do not appreciate kindness, but they still have to pay for their stupidity.

Wow, two newbies who created accounts on the forum about an hour and a half apart posting consecutively with shitposts.  Guess people really are still account farming these days.

This character is sick, and he suffers from a split personality. It is naive to think that we will not notice his writing style. He loves to talk to himself, impersonating each of his accounts as different people.
The only thing I regret is that the moderators regretted Delight Media for plagiarism, and did not block him and his IP.

I don't think that OP would be dumb enough to be ban evading by making a thread in meta thanking for a un ban

Believe it or not, the way you named it, this is exactly the case.

This is hatred. It's unfortunate you have no idea of why I was substantially ban for a week. Beside I don't know what you mean by I have a multiple account. What evidence do you have. I was ban because of my low quality Post. I don't know the user of the above account name you mentioned along side with my user name.
We all are bound to make mistake and learn from our mistake. But you're here crucifying me.
I guess you were once a newbie? Why then making me feel like I am not needed here? If everyone leave Here for you will you be able to make a community alone? Dude I urge you to mind your business if nothing important to say.

Since he's already replying to himself in the 2nd post of this topic, do you want to bet on that ? Smiley

Uhm... you do realize you're talking to a sockpuppeting sleazebag who tends to post with multiple accounts in the same thread to boost their "credibility"?

Of course Quick7 thinks there's nothing wrong with OPs sockuppeting and ban evasion.

hopefully the OP has learned his lesson and won’t make the same mistake again.

Well I guess I can only hope.

To be fair (assuming they are the same), neither has a paid signature, so he doesn’t have the same incentives to pad his post count as others do.

Obviously whatever the OP did, was forgiven by the administration.
I guess his temp ban has just expired.

Obviously whatever the OP did, was forgiven by the administration. Be it plagiarism or otherwise, hopefully the OP has learned his lesson and won’t make the same mistake again. I’m sure the OP wants to move on and I’m sure there isn’t any good reason to not let him.

You'd be surprised how dumb shitposting idiots can be on this forum--and if you are surprised, you shouldn't be.  I've seen plenty of members make threads similar to this one in which they call attention to themselves and thereby invite scrutiny from our fine forum detectives who dig up even more dirt on them.  In any case, I'm not saying he's ban evading here.  I'm saying that if he hadn't gotten unbanned, he seems like the kind of person who would evade a ban.

I would agree that the second post is an alt account and fits a smilair username and writing style. Which I think double posting and having conversations with your alt is allowed but frowned upon right?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's legal but you'd be hard-pressed to find any upstanding members of the forum who think that kind of behavior is kosher.  I'm assuming those two are alt accounts, but I can't prove it.  Maybe someone else with better sleuthing skills would be able to.

it's for spamming, posting off-topic or low-quality posts. after checking his BPIP OP already has 11 deleted posts just days after the registration of his account. I wouldn't be surprised if his account is banned again if he continued posting like he did before his account got temporarily banned.

I can just promise you a fast red trust and a reputation as a troll and a spammer if you don't stop communicating with yourself from your now three accounts.

This is to appreciate the mod most especially theymos for lifting the restrictions on my account that was substantially ban before. I promised u wouldn't repeat the same error message that lead to the ban.

Your two accounts were gone for a week, and the forum was glad that you finally disappeared.
But you're back in the arena. Are you having fun here by making fake apologies? I can just promise you a fast red trust and a reputation as a troll and a spammer if you don't stop communicating with yourself from your now three accounts.
If you want to stay on the forum and communicate normally, consider your behavior. Well, if you get bored and stupid topics and answers keep popping up again, the next step is to have a red trust in your account.
