OP, your second and probably third and fourth accounts are also banned today. Your rice bowl was not small at all. Therefore, do not create a fuss in the meta, asking for mercy. You are a real cheater who was caught as a result of your dishonest actions.

He came to appeal to unban his one account but instead he got his others accounts ban too.

I have no other job apart from following the bounty on this forum, I'm just looking for a bite of rice to eat and survive.

Its time for you to start looking for a real job.

okay, I was wrong, because I forgot to link the link.
Genocida, sorry but I'm not sure you forgot to link the source for that copy paste post. Copying something from the internet and editing it a bit is a deliberate act to avoid plagiarism rule without having to say that it's purely your thought. Without a source you are a plagiarist because someone found it in some of your post history. It really doesn't make sense why you never cared about forum rule during your 4 years on forum.

I just need consideration.
I think it's up to the moderators to decide, but I'm really not sure they will consider your request.

There isn't much to decide here. In cases of ban appeals, members should demonstrate they are good for the forum in general. This will be very difficult in the OP's case since his sole motivation was making money from the forum. As some have pointed out already, there is not much loss for the community in this case.

It took no effort whatsoever. Baihaki Khaizan has 100 merits, sure, but those are all airdropped merits. He hasn't earned a single merit since the feature got rolled out. That tells you a lot about the kind of poster OP is. His rank is based on activity points only and those can be awarded for bla bla posts and low-effort posting as well.
Merit system was released back in January 2018. So, it's almost 4 years since we have. So, don't get any single merit in almost 4 years - it says a lot about user. I think that many average shitposters got at least few merits through all these years..

I'm sorry for your loss, it's a shame that a high rank like you got banned. Clearly because you weren't following the rules, it took a lot of effort for you to become a full member rank and it's such a waste. You should have read and tries to understood the rules at early stages when you first registered as a newbie, so that in the future you won't get banned like that.
No, it's not shame that he got banned. It's shame that users like OP earn money here without respecting forum rules. And then he come back without any shame and asking to get unbanned.
As Pmalek said, it cost him zero efforts to reach Full Member rank before merit system. And it's not a waste to ban such accounts - it's beneficial for forum quality.

judging from what lovemayfamilis said it looks like you didn't forget to include the link. the fact that the two discovered weren't your only plagiarised post shows that you know what you are doing.

I just need consideration.
that will be up to the staff of this forum. anyway, have you sent your appeal to the email that was shown when you got the notice that you got banned?

The posts with the source links are proof he knew about the plagiarism rule. Not sure why he didn't use the same standards everywhere.

Maybe it's just a matter of haste and carelessness, but there is a possibility that the account is shared between 2 different people (or more), who have different standards when it comes to plagiarism. It should not be forgotten that the OP admits that he used the account exclusively for business purposes (bounty campaigns), so I would not be surprised if he shared it with a friend or family member.

In any case, such cases have almost no chance, because let's be honest, the OP contribution to the forum was literally zero.

You don't learn from the mistakes of your Alt account, which also has problems in this forum, I don't think you learn from the mistakes you make.

In this case, the second account also needs to be banned according to the rules. While I doubt somewhat that it belongs to the OP, nevertheless, the OP will not feel alone in being banned. Surely he either knows the owner or, as you say, owns this account.

As the @OP stated that his rice meals are dependent on the bounty campaign on the forum which is suspicious as bounties are generally paying after some time gap and that's not much until the token get listed on any of exchange. So if we take into this case also he is also writing up the posts as well on the forum and accused of plagrisim for his post which is big mistake as if you are writing up on the forum then it's necessary to read the rules also.

Speaking of posts quality then it's not worth that he could not manage to gain even a single merit and all those 100 are awarded as airdrop as account is 2017 registered and this is surprising that he still don't know the rules. The forum could be leninat if you are asset to the forum and you have some solid evidence to support your ban appeal. If you was aware of writing up the thread in meta about the same then you should have also read the rules at first instance.

Joining bounties for survival is not a good point to defend yourself.

Genosida, I looked at your posts and actually see that they are written for the sole purpose of making money and that you are not interested in everyday discussions on the forum.
I don't see that your posts have contributed to the community or helped anyone with any useful information.
To have any chance of forgiveness on this forum at all you would have to prove that your importance to this forum surpasses your mistake.
I'm sorry but I don't see it.

You actually better understand the rules on this forum, not the other way around what you say, it's the words of people who make mistakes over and over again.

You don't learn from the mistakes of your Alt account, which also has problems in this forum, I don't think you learn from the mistakes you make.
For example the case you have experienced here.

That's why i'm doing my best in learning and understanding the rules when i first joined bitcointalk forum. Now you've learned your lesson and i don't know if the admin will give you a chance because i don't know how it works. Im still learning but i hope the admin will give you another chance because it really is such a waste.

Looking at some of his posts, he does put the source links occasionally, but I wonder why he doesn't do it all the time if he knows that what he is saying are not his original thoughts? The posts with the source links are proof he knew about the plagiarism rule. Not sure why he didn't use the same standards everywhere.

Whoever gets banned has a right to state his case and appeal for forgiveness and so do you. I am just not sure you are the type of member who will be pardoned. Try and see what happens.

In some cases if the user has contributed a lot more to the forum that it totally shadows the misconduct. But taking a look at your profile, ehh.. totally unlikely that you get your account back. And while I slightly feel sorry for you, assuming that you actually have no job, the only thing you can do right now is to look for an actual job. Best of luck.

I stumbled upon Bayhaki Hazan's profile by accident. After checking his posts, it immediately became clear that he copied a lot from the Internet, cutting out fragments of texts and paraphrased a little. The two posts in which plagiarism was discovered are not his latest "creation".
In addition, if the OP does not understand the rules of the forum at all, as he puts it, then I consider it useless to explain to him what plagiarism is.
OP, have you been on the forum for over 4 Grin years and haven't found the time to learn about forum "laws"? There is nothing more to talk about.

I have no other job apart from following the bounty on this forum, I'm just looking for a bite of rice to eat and survive.
That's definitely not a good thing to do and that's prolly why you plagiarized, it's much better if you get a job in RL than basically solely relying on unreliable bounties for survival, that's not to say the forum cares if you want to survive through it, but then do so by not breaking any of it's rules, which you did.
If that were true then OP is fucked, but I don't believe for a minute that his bite of rice depends solely on income generated through bounties.  He probably still lives with his parents and is just participating in them to get some extra crypto to gamble.  If he's independent, then I would question what he was doing prior to joining the forum.  Admittedly that was 4 years ago, but either way nobody should depend on bitcointalk for their living.  That's a strategy for failure, not success.

My advice is for you to just get a job or something else to earn a living because chances are so low that your bounty account will be unbanned. I am no moderator or admin, but since there's no net positive contribution you have made towards the forum, you may not get a second chance.
Absolutely agree with both statements, and I'm not a mod either but if he was banned for plagiarism, I can tell you his chances of getting his account restored are zero.  You have to be highly valued by the community to pull that off, and OP is basically a nobody.

I mean, look at this post:

The presence of cryptocurrencies is still reaping the pros and cons because it is considered speculative. However, the fact is that investing in crypto money is able to lead some young people to become billionaires.

So I totally agree. The presence of bitcoin or crypto currency has been able to revive the economy and give birth to new rich people. this is so awesome...!!!
That's as generic a shitpost as you can get, so I say good riddance.

Op's account was reported for plagiarism here, so he was most likely banned for that, and from the evidence, it looks like a real clear cut case of plagiarism on purpose, not a mistake, not forgetting to put a link, not a member a with a fair or good track record of good contributions to the forum, or anything that could prolly give OP a chance whatsoever.

but I'm not very familiar with the proper forum rules.
Don't you think that can suffice if you're a newbie, but from your profile, you've owned this account since 2017 (4 years now), definitely you ought to be conversant with the rule of plagiarism if not anything else.

Unfortunately, even if you didn't intend on breaking the rules, it's your responsibility to find the rules of a place that you're participating frequently in.
Really should get on making that an easier process.
One can only hope.

Think about all the esoteric bullshit you had to learn and now imagine if you first joined the forum and had no idea what to do.

Doesn't matter if it's true in this situation or not: it's a simple solution to an even simpler problem. Users simply need a few words, or even basic knowledge of the existence and location of rules.
Then maybe the whole 'ignorance of the rules' argument will have some more validity.

If there is an email address included in the ban message on the account, then you can email that to appeal the ban. However, if it is just a message telling you, that you're banned, then it is unlikely you'll get unbanned. Theymos briefly mentions it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hackedlost-accounts-5089777.

Unfortunately, even if you didn't intend on breaking the rules, it's your responsibility to find the rules of a place that you're participating frequently in. If you do appeal, it would probably be best to focus on the specifics of why you were banned, and not on your living situation, since it just comes across as trying to guilt trip the user reviewing your case rather than actually taking responsibility for your actions.
