...unless it will implement a unique feature in the future.

We just started with features, and we hope that we will attract more people someday. I personally believe that apps can be free without showing ads. Yes, for now, we lose money with this app, but believe it or not, that's totally fine. Once that we have a polished Mooney app, with a large user base, we will try to find a way to repay us for our hard work. But even then, without doing shady things with the app.

There is mate. Playstore does have a Google Play protect that scans the application's internal stuff before allowing them to download and install on the device. However, as I said above, always make sure that auto-update feature in Playstore should be turn off although it was already OFF by default.

But they still need to update their Play Protect. Some phishing and unofficial apps are still out there, which should be removed to protect their users from getting scammed.

I don't know how the algorithm is, but an app that I use to manage battery charging/calibration was considered as dangerous. I think they should flag the fake Bitcoin wallet app as dangerous instead.

Then update it. There's a notification for that. I just stated that OP's app is "currently" safe but an additional future update might change the way it is now that's why I suggest to turn it off.

And obviously, don't rely on Google protect always. Always be vigilant downloading any apps. And as far as the OP's app is a concern and as I mentioned, there are lots of related apps like that already so OP might have difficulty finding lots of users unless it will implement a unique feature in the future.

Google Play is definitely going in the right direction, with protecting users from harmful apps. I noticed when I publish Mooney app that there was 3-4 days period of checking/scanning the app before it was available into the Google Play Store.

Nevertheless, you should always be cautious with apps and (especially) games that you install.

The app is safe. No malicious content found. App permission won't also do harm. Just don't auto-update it.

However, there are lots of related apps like this so OP will surely have difficulty gathering users.

Also, news articles that are shown to you are based on your portfolio, so if you add Ethereum to your portfolio, you will see more Ethereum news then Bitcoin, etc.

Maybe that was a unique feature. But you know, Ethereum and other altcoins don't have that buzzing in the news regularly.

Google does not check for viruses.

What seperates Mooney from apps like Blockfolio and Delta?

It's free, without any ads. Also, news articles that are shown to you are based on your portfolio, so if you add Ethereum to your portfolio, you will see more Ethereum news then Bitcoin, etc. Also, we just launch the app, and we will listen for feedback for future features.

The website interface does not look professional so it is difficult to trust developers about downloading that application, Google does not check for viruses.
You can also do the tracking without downloading an application, there are a lot of reliable sites that provide this service. what drives me to use your site?

100% free. No ads.
It cannot be considered definitive and because of this text, it is free for now but may change in the future.

For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason

This part makes me worrying because of the application stores data.
