That's not how any of this works... Promising to pay a lot of interest does not do what collateral needs to do, which is guarantee that the lender will not lose money. I don't think you know the definition of collateral because you are offering something that you don't have yet while by definition, collateral is "a property or other asset that a borrower offers as a way for a lender to secure the loan" and yet you are offering a future income. Read the stickies and educate your self what is a valid collateral. Come back again when you have something to offer.

You did not mention what your collateral is. We don't care if you promise a huge interest, the thing is there is nothing holding you back from running away... I am not sure what logic you just applied there.
