Only with the information as you have given, I think no one can tell you "how much is it worth" . They do not even know how many post ? , what its

quality? has been banned in the past or not ? , ... Generally , the valuation can not only with such information.

You should give more details about it !

I would say that if it has near or above 700 activity then it should sell for over 1 BTC as it can potentially become legendary in the near future. Lower level hero accounts are selling for the .5 to .7 BTC range because there are so many farmed hero accounts available now.

The market for accounts is overall not very good as there are a huge number of people trying to sell, and hero accounts tend to take a long time to sell so if you try to wait out for a good offer then the value of your account may decline

The username is a big factor for many buyers, the post quality and the number of posts matters, if the account has ever been banned or not etc.

Without all these pieces of info, it is hard to accuratley evaluate an account. I would say it is worth ~0.6, because of the activity. But other factors could increase or decrease the price.

A range of period when the account was registered? Quality of posts, type and lenght of the username. I think these things bring value to the forum account (and obviously also the activity/rank).

we could base the price on the activity to make it easy

for example in this case it would be worth max 0.7, but right now maybe less, between 0.5 and 0.7
