I have been thinking of a slightly modified consensus mechanism whose aim would be to enable an emergent, self-regulating block time. Have already asked the LLMs as you do, and still think it may be of some interest, unless already done elsewhere that I'm not aware of. Most likely though there would be an obvious hole or lack of use case that I can't see but some of you fine folks would.
Would this forum be the appropriate venue to share this and, if so, where should it go?
