i don't think they allow paypal ever since. they are more of western union. i do get mine from western unoin which i have to bring my drivers license upon withdrawing my money. never have they allow any e-wallets either. they may never do that unless they have their own bank later which i think they are about to have.

you're right , the Bank account must be new (not previously used in Google) the name can be used, named will not block
