People should be careful with the type of platform they engage with because you don't know if they are genuine or not, this type of platform will offer big apy to lure people in only to run away the their fund at the end of it all, it is a pity the OP fall victim to this common scammers,
Better to stake with reputable platform or exchange even though the apy is not high.

Yes,@sunsilk what you think is right, the IRS page is fake one. IRS was not do Investigation for that website/company.
The idea was originally brought by jerometash and he seems correct with that.

Good point.
The first time I was transferred to a government site, it always was a message hanging on website.
However, as far as I can remember, they were always agencies from the United States. I think this is the first time I have experienced such a situation in the UK. Is it possible that this is the procedure in the UK?
It's possible that there's a procedure like this but if they do, they have to give some notification or warning on what they did for a certain website. Just like what jerome has said, whether it's from IRS, FBI or any investigative government website. There should be a note telling that they're now in control of the website.

They provide a high apy rate and deposit bonus. The reason why i choose them is because they are the UK register company and until now we just can raise the issue via the internet UK police.
This are usually the words of scammers so I believe that this is a clear issue of being scammed and i think there are no chance that you can verify their legitimacy because surely they uses fake addresses and details .
Not because they use UK address and pretend to be from UK meaning that is true , as what we always say "If too good to be true , mostly that is scam" and also being lured because of High Bonuses will always bring you to becoming a victim , next time ask the community first before putting your funds inside each site for safety investing.

There is a lot that is better than them and I understand the reason why you chose them because you're confident that they're from the UK. The website is totally gone and when you access them, it is going to direct you to the IRS website.

This: https://www.irs.gov/compliance/criminal-investigation/how-criminal-investigations-are-initiated

I think the government is on them and your report has reached them already.
Just wondering. Could this be the scammers playing mind games by redirecting the site to www.irs.gov?

As far as I know, whenever a site is seized, there is always a warning showing that the domain has been seized and is under investigation by law enforcement bodies

Actually, you're right with that. On their website, it doesn't show any warning that they've been seized and the website is now in control of the IRS.

It's possible that these scammers are the ones that have done it to make it look like they've been captured by the government so, the victims won't chase them anymore as if they've been already caught by the government with their shady business.

Very possible, I haven't thought about that.

It could be a fake address and as far as i know scam project will not use the real address and you will need to trace him to know the real address of scammers. Im sure that he was not based in UK. It's probable fake address used by him. There are so many shit scam project these days. You must be careful if just because it comes from UK or legit country and it doesn't mean the project was not a scam.
Big APY and deposit bonus can be a red flag. You must learn from this, any platforms that offered non sense APY must be market as a suspicious platform with big chance to be another scam platform.

Scammers use that to convince newbie to invest at them that's why you need to be careful upon dealing especially when someone offer an investment opportunity to you and you should at least verify the identity of the owner since for sure you will find a fake information on many scam sites here. But since you already got in trouble on that project I think the best thing to do is to move on since there's low to impossible chance that you can recover that money.

They provide a high apy rate and deposit bonus.
Hopefully this will be a lesson for anyone not to be tempted by big bonuses and high APY, all high interest will also be high risk and this is the risk you get, lose your funds there, looks like you can't get your funds back, sorry for your loss.

Your identification method is bad I think, usually scam services use a brand that is a bit of a pun on a legitimate well-known brand just to use their registration number.
For example, the office address written in the footer of the website and this document has a difference.
Quote
Block 7, The Oval, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 D04T8F2
Quote
Block 5, The Oval, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

In addition, scam services will not open social media accounts because it will be easy for someone to unmask them publicly.

It is this website, right?

https://apyharvest.com/

The website was made 2020 and is about to expire for this year on June. Did you put your money on the earn interest? If I'll be doing that, I'll choose the most common and the most reputable platforms rather than choosing this unknown and new website since you're about to entrust your money to them.

Also, the website doesn't even look professional. It's like a sample website to me. How did they scammed you?
