A handling fee of 1 EUR (1 USD, 1 CHF, 1 GBP) + 2% PayPal Fee per PayPal withdrawal will be charged.
A handling fee of 1 EUR (1 USD, 1 CHF, 1 GBP) per withdrawal will be charged for all other types of withdrawals (Moneybookers, NETELLER, Bank Transfers).

How is the market so slow to adjust, baffles me

Because it is not possible to do automated arbitrage there. The same happens with Bitmarket for example. On the other hand, exchanges with APIs have very little arbitrage opportunities and they are usually up for only a few minutes.

Yes. This is really annoying. My first Bitcoin was through VirWox. I stopped buying from them. Even the SLL price is not really reasonable...
