This sound like a total scam. And without any past statistic, I will count it as a scam.
Even 3-way arbitrages are almost impossible in Binance, because the volumes are huge and markets are self-regulating itself.
As Binance are having Websocket public price feeds and <200ms in real conditions REST Price tickers, it's full of bots, leading to this self-regulation.
