I've never used an arbitrage bot that automatically trade for you, but i'm using a bot, which notifies about arbitrage opportunities. As soon as notification is received, i go and check if deposit and withdrawal on both exchanges are working (if deposit/withdrawal is suspended, most likely you are not going to profit from arbitrage). If that's the case, i trade.

Also i choose to arbitrage coins, which have a fast transaction times (f.e. XLM, XRP), because sometimes arbitrage opportunity will last for a short periods of time, that means, time to send coins from one exchange to another might not be fast enough to make a profit.

Disclaimer - arbitrage is risky!
